The Cancellation policy of Knowledge Pearl is as follows:
There is no cancellation of orders placed for E-Books, PDFs, Audio-visual material, if any purchased under Instant Electronic Delivery / Instant Downloads.
Cancellations in case of printed material will be considered only if the request is made before the shipping of the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
